36th Oahu Car Clubs Cruise
Marine Corps Base Hawaii

Toys for Tots Hawaii – Oahu Car Clubs will hold their 36th Annual Car Cruise and Drive & Shine Car Show at Marine Corps Base Hawaii Kaneohe Bay on Saturday, November 27th from 11 a.m. until 3 p.m. to support the 2010 Toys for Tots Hawaii collection effort.  This annual event, which is free and open to the public, typically draws more than 500 cars from dozens of local car clubs.

Entertainment will be provided by local kids’ band Logix Sold Separately, R&B group A Touch of Gold, country/rock singer/songwriter Mike Corrado and blues guitarist/singer Chris Vandercook with the U.S. Marine Corps Forces Pacific Show Band.  Refreshments and souvenirs will be available for purchase.

Marines will be on hand to accept donations of new, unwrapped toys or cash to aid in this year’s Toys for Tots Hawaii drive, which has again set a goal of collecting 45,000 toys.  Every toy and every dollar collected here to purchase toys stays in Hawaii to make the holidays brighter for our less fortunate keiki,
